1 Introduction & Acceptance

2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Access to batgee is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. This age threshold applies to all players regardless of location. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or over. batgee enforces CNIC-based age verification at the withdrawal stage. Any account determined to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Strict 21+ Enforcement
batgee uses CNIC verification to confirm age at the withdrawal stage. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately. All winnings generated by an underage account are void.
2.2 Jurisdiction
It is the Player's responsibility to determine whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registering an account. batgee does not provide legal advice and makes no representations as to the lawfulness of accessing its platform from any specific territory. Players accessing batgee from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk, and batgee bears no liability for any resulting legal consequences.
2.3 One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered batgee account. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, email address, CNIC number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. If a Player is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed, all balances forfeited, and any winnings accumulated across the accounts declared void.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false personal information — including a false name, date of birth, or CNIC number — is a material breach of these Terms. batgee may request identity documentation at any point and reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
3 Account Rules & Security
3.1 Account Responsibility
Your batgee account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or accessed by any other individual — including family members, friends, or associates. You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorised such activity.
3.2 Password Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batgee login credentials. batgee will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify batgee support immediately and change your password without delay. batgee recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from Account Settings as an additional security measure.
3.3 Account Suspension
batgee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect: underage access, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, multi-accounting, exploitation of system errors, or any other breach of these Terms. Suspended accounts may have withdrawals placed on hold pending investigation. batgee will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the relevant Player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.
4 Deposits & Payment Methods
4.1 Accepted Methods
batgee accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bitcoin, USDT TRC20, and USDT ERC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time. Minimum deposit amounts apply per method — the current minimum is displayed at the point of deposit within your account wallet.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your batgee wallet balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the relevant mobile wallet provider. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following one network confirmation, typically within 60 seconds. Bitcoin deposits require three on-chain confirmations before crediting, which typically takes between 10 and 30 minutes depending on network congestion.
4.3 Deposit Ownership
All funds deposited to batgee must belong to the registered account holder and must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods belonging to another individual, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.4 Currency
batgee accounts display balances in the currency selected during registration. Deposits made via PKR-denominated methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer) are converted to the account base currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Crypto deposits are converted at the current market rate displayed at the time of transaction confirmation. batgee is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiating and completing a deposit.
5 Withdrawals & Verification
5.1 KYC Verification Requirement
Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid CNIC and a selfie photograph. KYC documents are reviewed by the batgee compliance team within 24–48 hours. batgee reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation — such as proof of payment method ownership — where the Company deems this necessary for AML compliance purposes.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawals to KYC-verified accounts are processed within 5–10 minutes on average for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and USDT TRC20. 5.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

5.4 Incomplete Wagering Requirements
Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering condition has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings directly generated from those bonus funds. Real-money funds deposited without an active bonus are not subject to wagering restrictions.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Rules

These promotion-specific terms form part of these Terms when a bonus is accepted by the Player. 6.2 Bonus Abuse
batgee employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; systematically placing low-variance bets across eligible games to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures; and exploiting software errors or loopholes in bonus crediting logic. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.
6.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and free spin rewards expire within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the Player's account. batgee will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
7 Casino Games & Sports Betting
7.1 Game Fairness
All casino games available on batgee operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, independently audited by a recognised third-party testing laboratory. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the long-run theoretical payout rate for each game title. 7.2 Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets on batgee — including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and tennis — are governed by separate sportsbook rules available within the betting section of the platform. In the event of a voided match, incomplete event, or settlement dispute, batgee's sports trading team decision is final and binding. 7.4 System Errors & Malfunctions
In the event of a software malfunction, network failure, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round or sporting event settlement, batgee reserves the right to void all affected bets or game rounds and return staked amounts to the relevant players' balances. batgee is not liable for any losses arising directly from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on batgee and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:
- Registering more than one batgee account;
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
- Using another person's payment method or identity to register or transact;
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the platform;
- Accessing batgee via automated scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting markets;
- Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in any other multiplayer game format;
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, pricing errors, or system malfunctions for financial gain;

11 Privacy & Data
batgee collects, processes, and stores personal data submitted during registration and subsequent account activity in accordance with the batgee Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this agreement.
batgee will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to unaffiliated third parties except as required by applicable law, regulatory obligations, or fraud prevention activities expressly authorised by the Company's licensing authority. All personal data is stored with appropriate encryption and access controls consistent with industry standards for online gambling platforms.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batgee shall not be liable to any Player for: loss of profits; loss of winnings due to technical malfunction outside batgee's reasonable control; indirect or consequential loss of any nature; loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms; or loss arising from a Player's use of incorrect or outdated payment details.
batgee's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the platform in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Players acknowledge that casino games and sports betting carry a mathematical house edge and that losses are a normal and foreseeable outcome. batgee does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by Players using the platform.
13 Amendments to Terms
batgee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via the registered email address on file and will be displayed prominently on the platform for a minimum of seven days before taking effect. Continued use of batgee after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. If you disagree with any proposed amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
14 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which batgee holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to batgee's internal disputes resolution process. Players wishing to raise a dispute must contact the batgee support team in writing via the Support page, providing full details of the dispute and the relevant account information.
batgee will acknowledge receipt of any formal dispute within five business days and will aim to provide a substantive response within thirty calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, Players may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by batgee's licensing authority. These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. Players who registered before this date are subject to the Terms in their current form from the date of acceptance of any amendment notification.
